MG&A Oil&Gas was funded in 1988, in Buenos Aires Argentina; by a group of professionals with great expertise in evaluations of the "upstream" of the oil and gas industry in Latin America.

We had offices in Venezuela and later we established a representation in Mexico.

We've made a great amount of classic evaluations and numeric models of fields, Conventional and Unconventional, for which we defined optimizations by drilling new wells, repairing some others, acceleration of production, designs and redesigns of secondary recovery methods, etc.

We transfer our working methodologies through specific courses-workshops.

MG&A Oil&Gas has intervened in the technical-economic definition of offers in Investment and Divestment processes of hydrocarbon properties, for public or private biddings. We also participate in the Search for Investment Opportunities.

 AUDITORS

In MG&A Oil&Gas we perform Reserves Audits and Certifications in the selected Exploitation Scenarios. Since 1995, we have also submitted them to the Secretariat of Hydrocarbons Resources of the Argentine Republic, in whose records we are registered.

We have been advisors on this subject for the National University of Salta (UNSA) and currently for the National University of Southern Patagonia (UNPA).
