RESERVES AUDITS AND CERTIFICATIONS


At MG&A Oil&Gas we perform the Audits and Certifications of Reserves, considering the Company's Economic Strategies and Conditions, with its resulting Operating Scenarios.

To carry out these tasks we use the following International Definitions and Classifications of Resources and Reserves:


  • • Definitions for Oil and Gas Reserves; Society of Petroleum Engineers (SPE).
  • • Guidelines for the Application of the Definitions for Oil and Gas Reserves; the Society of Petroleum Evaluation Engineers.
  • • Regulation S-X (210.4-10); United States Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC); Washington, etc.
  • • Resolución 324/06 de la Secretaria de Energía de la Nación Argentina y sus notas aclaratorias.

Since 1995 we have made them to be presented by the Operators to the Argentine Secretary of Energy (Now Secretariat of Hydrocarbon Resources). In that Secretariat, in 2006 the Registry of Reserves Certifiers was created where, since that year, we have been registered.

In Investment and Disinvestment processes of hydrocarbon properties, MG&A Oil&Gas has intervened in the definition of technical and economic offers for public or private biddings. We also assisted Investors in searching Opportunities in the Oil Industry, also facilitating the negotiation between buyers and sellers.
